Snow & Ice Management
We offer 24 hour commercial snow and Ice management services for:
- Condominium Associations
- Shopping Malls
- Restaurants
- Government Buildings
- Medical Offices
The Plan:
The services we offer include the seasonal flat rate option and the by the storm option. Both options would include our drivers arriving at 2” of accumulation, and returning every 2-3” thereafter, for the duration of a storm. A final cleanup would then be completed. Ice melt would be applied when conditions require so.
- The seasonal flat rate option: This is based on an “all-inclusive” agreed amount for the season, divided into 5 monthly installments. All agreed services would be performed whenever needed, throughout the entire season, no matter how much snow falls. Most of our customers choose this option for a “worry-free winter”.
- The by the storm option: This is based on an “a-la-carte” agreed amount and would be billed at the end of a storm for total inches of accumulation plowed, ice melt agent used, shoveling or snow blowing, etc.
Ice Melting Agents:
- For walkways and sidewalks: Along with rock salt and sand/salt mix, we offer ENVIRO-MELT, an eco-friendly ice melting agent that is made up of Calcium Chloride, which will not harm your grass, shrubs, stone work etc.
- For streets, lots and driveways: Along with straight salt and sand/salt mix, we offer MAGIC SALT, which is highly effective down to -30 degrees, and is less corrosive, biodegradable and environmentally friendly.
